Keeping things easy for you is what we are about, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Every item has to come back unworn (trying it on is fine), unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund when a product is returned damaged or heavily used.

We do not supply return shipping labels at the moment. Return shipping costs roughly $10, depending on the country. As a thank you, we will send you a discount code for your next purchase once your return has been processed.

To start a return, simply get in touch with us at contact@tryshaperluv.com, and we will give you all the information you need.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without a return being requested first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is completed, we’ll send out the new size.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will let you know as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, and tell you whether the refund was approved or not. If it is approved, you’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may still need some time to process and post the refund.
